If you would like your blinds, poles or curtains fitted by our expert team, simply let our team know at your point of order and this cost will then be included in your quoted price.

Please note that our fitting service only applies to items purchased directly from ourselves.

The majority of our customers are local to our Stafford town centre showroom, this enables us to provide the best level of service in measuring and fitting at your windows and for you to view our full range of fabrics in our design studio. 

We are always open to working with our customers more remotely though – we can advise on taking your own measurements, hold video consultations and send samples of your favourite fabrics through the post. It is always best to contact us directly to discuss these possibilities.

As all of our items are bespoke and made to measure, these items cannot be returned, this includes unopened rolls of wallpaper. This does not affect your statutory rights in relation to faulty products.

Your quotation becomes a live order when you pay your deposit to proceed, this is normally 50% of the overall balance. Please check your quotation carefully as this will serve as your order confirmation once your deposit payment has been received. We require the remaining balance payment prior to fitting or upon collection.

You are welcome to borrow any of our pattern books to take home and try, we just ask that you return these to use within seven calendar days. Alternatively, we could bring these along to your house when we come to measure. 

We can order you smaller samples of your selected fabrics to keep. These can be posted to our showroom or to your own home and are almost always free of charge.

We will only undertake alterations on curtains that have been previously made by ourselves. These alterations are subject to a quality check of your fabric before it arrives with us to make sure it can be worked with. 

We normally ask that you have your items dry cleaned before being delivered to us for alteration, please note that this must be arranged by yourself and is not a service we offer.

Our expert and experiences seamstresses can undertake almost any design you have seen elsewhere. In addition, we are well established and have accounts with many design houses and suppliers. Please come and see us in our Stafford town centre studio to discuss your vision.

When you have a room in direct sunlight, our advice to reduce fading of your window dressings and interior furniture is to add blinds to your window. This can sometimes mean ‘double dressing’ a window to benefit from the functionality of our wide range of blinds as well as your curtains.

External solar shading – such as an awning – may also been an option. Please come and see us in our Stafford town centre studio to discuss your requirements.

Interestingly a home can lose up to 50% of its energy through its windows. Thermal blinds can make your home more sustainable – these blinds act as a layer of insulation at your window and can help to keep your home cool in the summer and warm in the winter.

We also offer different lining options in our curtains such as thermal lining or bump interlining.
